The rechargeable batteries are 12v sealed lead acid type and require no maintenance.  Under normal conditions rechargeable batteries can be expected to last 3 years.

Batteries supplied by us have a 1 Year Warranty.

Whem choosing a battery for your system, the following points should be considered.

• Ensure that the battery will fit in your Control Panel - nominal sizes are given below.
• Follow the Control Panel specification guidance for the maximum size of battery that the Panel will accept.
• Choose the largest battery you can afford (within reason) - the larger the battery, the longer your alarm system will function correctly with the mains power absent.
